Project Highlights

One of the main goals of this project was to streamline the existing outdated digital setup experience that contained many unnecessary device reboots as well as brand inconsistencies. Some of the addtional objectives targeted by myself and team are listed below:

Aesthetic Update

This particular user interface had not been updated in over a decade and needed to be brought up to current company brand standards.

Efficiency

Less screens, less clicks, and the replacement of manual device ID entry with QR code scanning, has made this one the most effortless payment system setup's on the market.

Streamlined Device Activation Process

Working closely with the internal development group, my team and I were successful in replacing the outdated manual input process for device ID's with an in-app QR code scanning validation system.

Mobile App and Device Parody

The newly developed QR code device activation process provides instant validation, on the customer's smartphone as well as the device itself.
